The Homeland Builders LLC signature “Start Building Dreams Program” is the renowned, proven process in which our team works hands-on with each individual homeowner to craft a unique and personal journey towards the creation of the house of their dreams. With over 15 years of professionalism and client satisfaction, the expert Homeland Builders LLC team uses this multi-step program as an educational and creative collaboration to make the design and build process as effortless and stress-free for the homeowner as possible, ensuring the fastest turnaround to get their families moved into their beautiful new home.
When you first join up with Homeland Builders LLC to trust our experts in building your new custom home, you’ll soon meet with the builder and sales agent. There, you’ll describe the type of new home you desire and the features that would best suit you and your family. Our team encourages a truly open discussion of any financial concerns so that we can provide you with the home styles and features that fit within your budget and – if you have your own plan – we can compare the features to one of our comparable plans, ensuring the most reasonable and affordable options.
After a mandatory “Lot Feasibility Study” – wherein the builder will walk the lot with you to discuss the location of your new home on the lot and review the status of your lot with respect to engineering, permitting, and site conditions – we link you with our preferred lender in order to begin the most exciting part – the beginning of the creative process. Each new client gets a personalized tour of the Homeland Builders LLC design studios to become familiar with the products that have been selected for their new home and to introduce them to the selections and options available.
An estimated contract price will be presented to you based upon your preliminary construction specifications and preliminary lot site conditions, which constitutes a good estimate of the home’s cost and will help you decide what loan amount to apply for. At this point in the process, you will be provided with a Sales Agreement and book your first meeting with your personal architect.
With the creative process now in full swing, you’ll be able to review the Conceptual Plan for your new home. Upon your written approval and acceptance of Conceptual Plans, your architect will proceed to the Design Development phase, wherein our expert Homeland Builders LLC designers will take you through the selections process upon which you will make your final choices with respect to flooring goods, appliances, cabinets, countertops, lighting fixtures, plumbing fixtures, and exterior color schemes. Your builder will provide you with the final pricing based upon your construction documents, selections from our Design Studios and personal customs designs. At this meeting, you will finalize all contract paperwork including selections, options, and custom designs. Your complete loan package will then be submitted for loan approval.
Prior to starting your new home, you will meet with your builder, and presented with a Start Package for your review. This exciting element of the process will include the construction plans and documents, site plan, building permit and Sales Agreement documents. Prior to installation of drywall, the builder will schedule a meeting with you to complete and sign the Close-In Inspection Checklist. You will be asked to bring your copy of the Start Package. Your builder will schedule a meeting at your convenience to complete the Final Pre-Occupancy Inspection Checklist. Our Homeland Builders LLC experts will walk your new home and prepare a punch list of any items which may require additional attention. You will be enrolled under the Residential 10-Year Limited Warranty program and a list of all subcontractors which performed work on your home will be supplied to you.
