-Custom Home Project Anne Arundel County, MD - Homeland Builders LLC completed this custom home project in April 2016 at 103 Oakford Avenue in Edgewater, Anne Arundel County Maryland.  The existing home was torn down for the new 4,200 square foot craftsman style home.  Homeland Builders first met with the Owners in 2012 and worked closely with them to find a lot with water views and perform "Design Build Services" for the construction of the home.  The home was designed to accentuate the views of the Bay with"Craftsman Style" features.  The first floor layout had a large kitchen/breakfast area, great room, study, in-law suite, and screen porch.  The 2nd floor had 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, media room, laundry room, and water proof deck. -Custom Home Project Anne Arundel County, MD - Homeland Builders LLC completed this custom home project in October 2014 at 205 Springer Lane in Lothian, Anne Arundel County Maryland.  The customer purchased a home plan on internet by Donald A. Gardner "The Haynesworth".  The Client used Homeland Builders LLC design build services to value engineer the plans and meet current Anne Arundel County building codes.  The plan featured a multi-dimensional hip roof with multiple reversed gables, a front porch with rectangular columns and arches. and two rear porches with access off kitchen, living room, and master bedroom.  The 4,000 square foot home was completed in 6 months from ground breaking to occupancy.  Visit home portfolio on HOUZZ.

-Custom Home Builder Anne Arundel County, MD - Homeland Builders LLC built this beautiful home at 860 Governors Bridge Road, Davidsonville, Anne Arundel County Maryland.  The project was contracted for design build where Homeland Builders LLC provided initial design right through the construction, including budgeting, obtaining permits and scheduling the entire project.  The 10,000 plus square foot home was completed ahead of schedule within 10 months from ground breaking to occupancy.  Visit home portfolio on HOUZZ.

-Custom Home Builder Anne Arundel County, MD - This design-build project by Homeland Builders LLC was featured in the March 2014 issue of "What's Up Annapolis" magazine.  The article was titled "Masterpiece in Davidsonville" and emphasized the family friendly features which were the key to the new home construction.  The 10,000 plus square foot home was built at 3800 Birdsville Road in Davidsonville, Anne Arundel County Maryland.  The home was completed on schedule within 10 months from ground breaking to occupancy. -Custom Home Builder Prince George's County, MD - Homeland Builders LLC finished this custom home at 3701 Waterford Mill Road in Bowie, Prince George's County Maryland.  The 12,000 plus square foot home was completed ahead of schedule within 10 months from ground breaking to occupancy. The home was designed by a Washington D.C. architect with many custom features requested by the homeowners.  Homeland Builders LLC worked closely with the architect and client during the construction of the home to incorporate all their design features and change revisions.  This was truly a one of a kind home!

-Custom Home Builder Projects Calvert County, MD - Homeland Builders LLC has had the pleasure of working with many Calvert County clients building over sixty-five homes in four subdivisions located in Calvert County, Maryland.  The custom homes are located in Evans Crest on Evans Road in Huntingtown, Hunting Creek on Whippoorwill Way in Huntingtown, Plum Point Woods on Samantha's Way in Huntingtown, and Calvert Crossings on Hidden Creek Road in Port Republic.  The home designs varied in style, features and size, ranging from 2,400 square feet to over 5,000 square feet.  We are showing just a few of our new custom home styles here.

Even with the inevitable obstacles put forth by Anne Arundel County, there were no unexpected financial surprises throughout the project. The modular company that Vince used was first class. The foundation, all electric, plumbing and HVAC has worked without incident for 2 /12 years. A minor glitch was dealt with immediately at move-in. I always felt my project had Vince's full attention.
