About Us

Homeland Builders is a full service custom home builder and remodeling company located near Annapolis, Md., offering start to finish services, including in-house design and 3-dimensional architectural drafting, value engineering, project permitting, professional project management, site development, and construction.  Vince Mazza, owner of Homeland Builders and Remodelers, has been a resident of the Annapolis area for over 32 years, and currently resides in Davidsonville.  Vince has over 30 years of diversified hands on experience in the construction industry with commercial, industrial, and residential construction projects.

After graduating from the University of Maryland in 1981 with a degree in Civil Engineering, he started his career working for a well respected Maryland general contracting firm where he began to develop his construction management and technical skills while supervising and estimating many diverse types of construction projects.  In 1986 Vince took a position as Vice President of Operations with a small, local Annapolis home builder.  Under his management, the company grew and established itself as a major regional builder, building over 500 homes per year in Maryland and Virginia between 1986 and 1997.

In 2001, Vince decided to pursue his own vision for a full service, custom home building and remodeling company, and started Homeland Builders.  Vince never looked back and has enjoyed the personnel relationships he has developed working closely with his clients over the years.  Vince is personally involved in each client’s project from beginning to end.  His unique combination of technical expertise and design sensibility allow him to provide a highly satisfying experience for his clients.  From the beginning, Vince was committed to giving each client the highest level of personal attention and service. With this in mind, Vince has assembled a strong team of dedicated professionals that he has worked with over the years and who meet his high standards for quality, service and customer satisfaction.
